The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location near bus stops and MRT. Interesting area with Peranakan architecture and eateries. Refreshing pool for after sightseeing.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money is excellent. The prices are affordable and the hotel offers basic amenities that cater to all my needs. Secondly, the location is perfect for Muslim travelers like myself. It is situated in a hotspot area where finding halal food is incredibly easy. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were spacious enough and even had the option of an extra bed at no extra charge. a great stay with all the basic facilities and a delicious breakfast.

The hotel is reasonably close to the airport, making it convenient for those flying in or out. The rooms are spacious, clean, and bright, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The housekeeping staff is prompt and provides extra towels. The hotel also has a food court with a wide selection of Malay, Chinese, and Indian cuisine.

The wifi can be unreliable, so it's better to purchase a tourist sim card for a more consistent internet connection.

Location to shopping centre and pasar Geylang Serai: There were many shops and restaurants nearby, and it was a short walk to the shopping centre and pasar Geylang Serai. Staff: The staff, especially Ms. Na Na or Sarinah, provided outstanding and helpful service. They were friendly and well-trained.
